Due to the Canton Fair, the Shanghai Exhibition, the Kazakhstan Exhibition, and now the Brazil Exhibition (which I’m currently heading to),
our blog hasn’t been updated in a while, haha.
Сегодня, I’ll briefly share my experience at the Atengt Exhibition in Kazakhstan.
The Kazakhstan-China Commodity Exhibition, abbreviated as Atengt Exhibition,
is an annual Chinese commodity exhibition held in Kazakhstan since 2003, primarily in Almaty.
- It’s an essential exchange platform for entering the Central Asian market;
- an important measure to implement the “Belt and Road” initiative and deepen regional cooperation;
- The exhibition area is nearly 10,000 квадратные метры, with over 300 participating companies;
- The exhibits mainly include: home appliances and electronics, textiles and apparel, food, hardware and building materials, and household goods.
Why did we choose the Kazakhstan exhibition to share with you?
The main reason is the increasingly fierce competition in the current market environment and the continuous rise in domestic raw material costs.
This is an essential part of our efforts to actively expand into the Central Asian market, and we also hope to find new market opportunities.
During the exhibition, our core products were still the Murphy electric bed frame, sofa bed lift frame, and other furniture functional hardware accessories.
Below is a summary of our exhibition:
Haha, the happiest thing this time:
- Relieving myself with some old friends and discussing the market and planning;
- Experiencing the local culture and cuisine;
- And laying a solid foundation by confirming a third-quarter order from a new customer on-site, хахаха.
On the opening day, the MRH team patiently answered customer inquiries, serving nearly 20 new and old customers.
This gave us a deeper understanding of the demand, pricing, and competitive landscape for furniture functional hardware accessories in Central Asia.
